New Beginnings

7/11 check in.

INT. JAY'S APT - night

Jay had just moved into a new apartment w/ Spencer in late August '24.

He was still getting himself settled when Jacob came over to chop it up and see the new place.

Jay cooked him *fried chicken and Korean tofu stew.

They were talking about new ways to reach Jay's audience.

Doing a show, something like Kenny Beats' THE CAVE meets Matty Matheson. They came up with an idea for a show called, "Cookin'". A head to head competition where Jay had 30 mins to make a meal, and Jacob had 30 mins to make a beat.

And then Jacob was like---

JACOB

We should get everybody involved.

JAY

What do you mean?

JACOB

I don't know, it seems like something bigger than just us. Get Carson, Delaney, Spencer for it. We all work together.

Why don't we like, start a group?

I don't know what it looks like, or if anybody wants to do it, but we should all get together and see what happens...
